Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) for all game logic. We use a single
shared style.css file with a comprehensive design token system for
consistent styling across all pages, while each game has its own isolated
stylesheet and JavaScript file for game-specific functionality.
Our game development approach combines classic algorithms with modern web standards. For example, Tic-Tac-Toe and Connect Four use the Minimax algorithm with alpha-beta pruning for intelligent AI opponents. Minesweeper uses breadth-first search (BFS) for its flood-fill reveal mechanism. Sudoku uses backtracking for puzzle generation and solving. Sound effects are synthesized dynamically using the Web Audio API, eliminating the need for external audio files and reducing load times.
Is MIA Games Really Free?
Yes — 100% free, forever. MIA Games will be supported by non-intrusive advertisements (including Google AdSense) once approved, which will allow us to cover hosting costs and continue developing new games while keeping the platform completely free for players.
